To design your own wrmScarlet clone, you can download the annotated sequence file here pSEM87. "Right-click" on the file name and use "Save to Link As..." to save the file on your hard drive. This annotated sequence file is in Genbank format and can be opened with most software packages. We like ApE and benchling.com.
